At Blacktown Health, we have a great team of friendly and experienced male and female Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Exercise Physiologists who can provide you and your family with high quality and affordable healthcare. We accept Medicare Care Plans, Worker's Insurance, CTP claims, and all Private Health Insurance funds.

Got private health insurance?
Make use of your yearly health insurance benefits by seeing our team at Westpoint Health. You can also save time and claim your private health insurance rebate on the spot with our HICAPS and Tyro terminals. We can process all the major Australian private health insurance funds. The rebate health funds offer differ between funds and the policy that you are on, but most funds will cover about half the cost to see us. Please check with your fund for a more accurate quote.
Got a Medicare referral?
People with certain chronic diseases may be eligible for a referral from their General Practitioner under a chronic disease management program for allied health services. This program allows up to five services per calendar year to access our Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Exercise Physiology services at Westpoint Health in Blacktown.
These plans can provide a $58 rebate, which can be used to offset the cost of our usual fees. Most patients under this program will pay a $44 out of pocket fee after the rebate is applied.
Generally we do not bulk-bill these sessions as it does not fully cover the full cost of our usual fees. There are some situations where we can bulk-bill these sessions, where there will be no out of pocket costs. If you are experiencing extreme financial hardship, we encourage you to speak to our staff where we can discuss this with you in person.
For those with a Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) referral, we bulk-bill all these sessions to help support our veterans.
Had an injury at work or from a motor vehicle accident?
If you have injured yourself at work, or have been involved in a car accident, you may be able to see one of our Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, or Exercise Physiologists at Blacktown Health. In NSW, the costs are fully covered by the insurance company so you can focus on recovering and getting back to work and your normal life. To access these services, simply ask your Nominated Treating Doctor (NTD) for a referral to our clinic, or speak to your case manager from your insurance company.
